This authentic German Wurstladen has built a reputation for quality and great tasting food. Doris is an institution of the local markets and remains incredibly popular. Aged just fifteen, Doris undertook an apprenticeship at a small family-owned butchery in Bavaria, it was here that she learnt everything about making sausages and the importance of maintaining the traditional methods.

Doris takes pride in her food, and it shows in the quality. All of the meats are of the highest standards, the products are authentically made and produced without fillers. The result is a light, clear and flavourful taste that will leave your mouth watering for more!

Whilst the Bratwurst is clearly the most famous; there are plenty of options if you’d like to try something new - Knobliener, Nürnberger Stadtwurst, Bockwurst and Leberkäse as well as other traditional German deli-items. If you're looking for something to take home for dinner or a meal on the go, there are plenty of options!
