Reni’s Dad - Wiremu’s recipe for marinated raw fish is a Kiwi classic. It's simple, delicious, and perfect for any seafood lover. The key to the dish is using fresh, high-quality kaimoana. Once Wiremu had his hands on some good kai, the rest was easy. Wiremu would simply marinate the fish. Then he would let it sit for a few hours so the flavours could develop. The result was a dish that was full of flavour and loved by everyone who tried it.
